DESCRIPTION (subject area, requirements, comments):
The competition is open to candidates holding a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature and with relevant professional experience in this field. Furthermore, candidates are required to provide evidence of teaching experience.
I. Requirements:
To deliver high-quality English language teaching (first- and second-cycle programmes, full-time, part-time and evening programmes). Organisational work for the department/unit.

- Oświadczenie o posiadaniu pełnej zdolności do czynności prawnych;
- Oświadczenie o korzystaniu z pełni praw publicznych;
- Oświadczenie o niekaralności karą dyscyplinarną pozbawienia prawa do wykonywania zawodu nauczyciela akademickiego na czas nieokreślony lub na czas określony;
- Oświadczenie, upoważniające do zaliczenia do minimum kadrowego z dniem zatrudnienia na stanowisku nauczyciela akademickiego;
- Oświadczenie o podjęciu zatrudnienia w ANS na podstawowym miejscu pracy i w pełnym wymiarze czasu pracy;
- Oświadczenie kandydata o wyrażeniu zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych w związku z prowadzonym postępowaniem konkursowym.
Specific Requirements
II. Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in English Language and Literature.
- Practical experience relating to school work and the teaching of English.
- Teaching experience in the field of English language teaching (minimum 10 years).
- Completion of additional professional development courses relating to the teaching of foreign languages.
- Desirable: experience of working in higher education.
- Desirable: experience of implementing international projects.
- Employment at ANS on a primary and full-time basis.
- Full availability and flexibility.
- Place of residence: Piła.
- Documents must be submitted in Polish only.
The candidate is required to meet the requirements set out in Article 113 and Article 125(1) of the Act of 20 July 2018 on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1668, as amended).

2. The results of the competition procedure do not constitute grounds for candidates to make any claims against the Stanisław Staszic Academy of Applied Sciences in Piła, in particular claims for employment.
3. The decision to appoint a candidate is taken by the Rector. In cases justified on substantive grounds, the Rector has the right not to appoint a candidate selected in the competition. Documents must be submitted exclusively in Polish. The University does not reimburse costs incurred by competition participants in connection with the entire process of taking part in the competition.
