Job Description

This is a senior role accountable for shaping, governing, and delivering the enterprise digital workplace strategy. This position requires a blend of technical mastery in identity services, collaboration platforms, and endpoint management, combined with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. The role is outcome driven, ensuring secure, seamless, and productive end user experiences that enable business growth and innovation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Scope of Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Governance

  • Define and execute a multi-year End User Computing (EUC) roadmap aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Establish governance frameworks for identity, access, and endpoint services.
  • Drive modernization initiatives that support hybrid work, digital collaboration, and workforce productivity.
  • Lead market analysis and technology forecasting to drive continuous innovation, presenting business cases for the adoption of next generation features and solutions.

Identity & Access Management

  • Lead enterprise wide identity lifecycle management programs, ensuring compliance with security standards.
  • Deliver SSO, federation, and identity governance solutions that simplify access while strengthening security.
  • Implement measurable improvements in access provisioning, de provisioning, and audit readiness.
  • Manage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and privileged access management. This will cover all identities, including staff, students, alumni, learner, non-staff, machine etc.

Collaboration Services

  • Own the strategy and delivery of enterprise collaboration platforms (messaging, conferencing, authentication, authorisation).
  • Ensure collaboration tools are secure, scalable, and user friendly, driving adoption across the workforce.
  • Deliver measurable outcomes such as reduced tool fragmentation, improved user satisfaction, and enhanced productivity metrics.

Endpoint Management

  • Lead enterprise endpoint strategy covering device lifecycle, patching, compliance, and performance monitoring.
  • Implement modern endpoint management solutions (MDM, UEM) to support diverse device ecosystems.
  • Deliver outcomes such as reduced downtime, improved endpoint security posture, and optimized cost of ownership.

Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Act as the liaison between IT leadership, business units, and external vendors.
  • Translate technical strategies into business outcomes and value propositions for executive stakeholders.
  • Drive change management programs to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.

Team & Talent Leadership

  • Mentor a high performing EUC team with deep technical
