Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of administrative support
- Coordinate student/promotion activities and related teaching activities
- Maintain the general administration and records of the Department/Programme Office
- Coordinate admission, visa application and registration processes
- Provide support to various academic and departmental/programme activities
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and Head of Department
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline
- Good command of English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Competencies in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge in webpage applications
- Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
Salary and Benefits
Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
