Quality improvement experience will be measured by the presence of formal training in quality improvement, and a track record of successful initiatives, leadership, awards and/or publications.

The successful candidate must hold an MD degree; have or be eligible for certification in Cardiology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and have or be eligible for licensure to practice from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Completion of formal training in Cardiac Critical Care is mandatory.

Estimated remuneration will be $250,000-$300,000, commensurate with academic rank, qualifications and experience.
