Job Overview
The Division of Hematology and Oncology of the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Cincinnati in collaboration with the University of Cincinnati Cancer Center is undergoing a major expansion and is seeking two (2) faculty candidates that have an interest in Malignant Hematology and stem cell transplant.
Faculty rank will be commensurate with experience.
Essential Functions
The individuals selected will engage in patient care, clinical investigation, and teaching of residents and fellows. This is an academic mission position: effort distribution is negotiable for non-clinical time including research, teaching, or administration.
Areas of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Multiple myeloma
- Lymphoma
- Myelodysplastic syndrome and Myeloproliferative disorders
- Stem cell and cellular transplantation (hematologic and solid tumor focus)
Minimum Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD or DO).
- Completion of a four-year Internal Medicine residency.
- Completion of a three-year fellowship in Hematology or Hematology-Oncology.
- Ohio State Medical License and DEA License.
