The University of Arizona invites applications for the full-time position of Assistant Coach, Women's Tennis. The position reports to the Head Coach of the Women's Tennis Program and acts within the rules and regulations of the University, the Big 12 conference, and NCAA.

This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and travel for competition and recruiting.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting the head coach in recruiting high-level student-athletes.
• Being able to run effective team and individual practice.
• Conducting video sessions and analyzing practice/match play.
• Demonstrating competency in player development.
• Supervising and directing student-managers.
• Schedule practices and oversee practices.
• Arranging travel details for away games.
• Supervising team and individual practice.
• Adhering to NCAA and Big 12 conference rules.
• Budget accountability.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
