Primary Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for campus space usage
• Track and analyze office, lab, and classroom usage
• Maintain and continuously update room and asset data in systems such as FPMT, DirectLine, and 25Live
• Collaborate with campus departments and stakeholders to prepare and submit required reports to the state on space utilization
• Oversee and manage interior upkeep programs
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all interior spaces and furnishings
• Anticipate future interior space needs and recommend cost-effective, scalable solutions
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce deferred maintenance and backlog items
• Read and understand construction drawings and plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, interior design, architecture, planning, or a related field
• Three (3) years of experience in space planning, facilities management, or interior asset management
• Five (5) years of experience managing multiple projects and programs simultaneously

OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
