DePauw University, a nationally recognized liberal arts institution in Indiana, seeks a dynamic Assistant Director of Admission, International Admission Specialist to help shape our global community. Working alongside a team with over 20 years of international education experience, you will receive premier mentorship while managing a diverse recruitment portfolio. Your role will involve crafting strategic communication plans, utilizing data to drive enrollment priorities, and fostering vital partnerships with students and counselors worldwide.

This role includes the implementation of specialized recruitment strategies, collaboration with admission teammates, territory management, development of relationships with international organizations, interviewing prospective students, evaluating candidates for admission, and coordinating targeted recruitment events.

Serving as a recruitment and enrollment ambassador to schools and communities throughout the world, you will exemplify DePauw’s efforts to continually enroll a broadly diverse, bright, and talented class of students. The International Admission Specialist will contribute to DePauw’s “uncommon commitment to the liberal arts” and the university mission of “preparing the leaders that the world needs” by attracting and enrolling the next generation of DePauw community members and graduates.
