BASIC FUNCTION: The Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement, Student, Young Alumni, and Digital Engagement leads the College’s student, young alumni, and digital community-building efforts. Serving a community of more than 14,000 alumni, this role is central to advancing meaningful connections that support the College’s mission and strengthening lifelong engagement.
This position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive student-to-alumni engagement strategy that spans all four years of the student experience, post-graduate introduction into the Alumni Association, and beyond. The Assistant Director also oversees key digital platforms including social media and Engage.CMC, and plays a leadership role in volunteer management including co-leading the CMCAA Committees. The role contributes broadly to Alumni Association initiatives and the office’s overall engagement strategy.
