Coordinate data collection, program assessment, and reporting to evaluate student impact and program effectiveness.Supervise and train peer financial coaches, including ongoing professional development and quality assurance.Provide direct financial coaching support to students as needed.Assist in development of outreach strategies, workshops, presentations, and digital educational content.Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; master's degree preferred.
- AFC®, CFP®, CPFC or other related financial counseling credential within 18 months of hire required.
- Three (3) years in financial education, financial counseling, student services, or higher education programming preferred.
- Higher-education experience; Navigate familiarity; experience with first-gen, Pell-eligible, working, or non-traditional students; Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
Supplemental InformationPOSITION DETAILS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Full-time overtime-exempt staff position. Annual salary of $60,000, with a desired start date of October 2026.
