About the Position
This role is an on-campus, in-person position.
This role leads the strategy and execution of engagement and fundraising efforts for undergraduate students, recent graduates (0–10 years), and next-generation alumni (11–20 years), building a strong pipeline of future donors.

- Portfolio Management & Front-line Fundraising
- Manage Young Alumni Board (YAB)
- Student Philanthropy Council Leadership (Union)
- Engagement Programming & Campaign Activation
- Communications, Marketing & Digital Engagement
- Collaboration, Data & Operations
Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s preferred. A minimum of two years of professional work experience in one or more of the following is required: higher education, direct marketing, fundraising, alumni relations, volunteer management or program management.
