   2. documents confirming meeting of the above recruitment criteria
   3. certificate on the average grade obtained during studies (applies to the position of an assistant, lecturer, academic teacher and an instructor),
   4. list of scientific publications with information on the score endorsed by the Main Library of Wroclaw Medical University
   5. summary of scientific achievements and experience in academic teaching (if applicable)
   6. any authenticated documentation (certificates, diplomas, etc) related to the WMU recruitment scoring criteria
   7. copies of previous and present employment certificates, certificate confirming graduate (PhD level, doctoral) studies
   8. statements specified in the recruitment regulations.
