Assistant Professor, Academic Clinician Track, Pediatric Health and Behavior Program/Pediatric Headache Program, CHOP
Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of pediatric psychology. Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree. Completed internship and fellowship in pediatric psychology or clinical care psychology is required. Applicants must have a PA license in psychology.
Teaching responsibilities may include supervising behavioral health trainees (including psychology externs and interns); giving lectures to trainees in psychology, psychiatry, and pediatrics; develop curricula.
Clinical responsibilities may include providing outpatient consultation and intervention to youth with a wide range of chronic medical conditions and medical traumatic stress within the Pediatric Health and Behavior Program. In addition, providing outpatient consultation, assessment, and intervention services to youth diagnosed with pediatric chronic migraine and other headache disorders within the Pediatric Headache Program.
