Skills/Qualifications
Required qualifications and skills:
- Experience in the synthesis and analysis of proton-conducting organic salts and complex compounds;
- Knowledge of X-ray structural and thermal analysis methods;
- Knowledge of spectroscopic methods (UV-Vis, FT-IR, Raman, and EPR);
- Proficiency with software for scientific research (Microsoft Office, CrystalExplorer, GaussView, Origin, OPUS, etc.);
- Ability to work in an organic synthesis laboratory;
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary research groups;
- Documented research achievements (publications, conference presentations, etc.);
Required education:
- in the discipline of physical or chemical sciences;
- academic degree: doctor.
Knowledge of English: good, enabling free communication with other team members and the preparation of scientific publications.
Specific Requirements
Special requirements:
- Knowledge of experimental (X-ray, IR) and theoretical (Hirshfeld surface analysis, QTAiM) methods used in the study of salts with hydrogen bonds;
- Experience using spectroscopic methods to analyze the physicochemical properties of salts (UV-Vis, FT-IR, Raman, and EPR);
- Knowledge of potentiometric methods used to study complex compounds;
Scientific experience required:
- in the field of physical or chemical sciences;
- in the subject area of synthesis and characterization of organic conductive salts, the analysis of hydrogen bonds and crystal structures, and spectroscopic and physicochemical properties of organic systems.

Salary: 7.526 PLN gross per month (seven thousand five hundred twenty-six PLN)

Qualification criteria:
- research achievements in the synthesis of organic proton conductors and metal complexes;
- knowledge of research methods for studying the crystal structure, thermal properties, conductivity, and spectroscopic properties of organic compounds;
- knowledge of research methods for studying hydrogen bonding;
- experience in the spectroscopic analysis of organic compounds;
- experience working in an organic synthesis laboratory.

Qualification process:
