A Chemical Engineering Assistant Professor is a tenure-track, academic position combining high-level research, undergraduate and graduate teaching, and departmental service. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering/Materials Science and Engineering or a closely related field.
- Teach core and specialized undergraduate and graduate courses in chemical engineering.
- Establish independent research program.
- Attract extramural research funds.
