This position will be a 9 month faculty appointment.
Essential Duties
Teaching assigned courses: collaborating with course faculty for course planning, advisement, and curriculum development; participation in program, school and University committees; service and scholarship in line with program expectations.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Manages special projects and/or serves on committees as requested by the Dean or Chief Nurse Administrator.
- Completes annual reports and other reports as needed for accreditation and other regulatory agencies.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Registered nurse license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Doctoral degree
- Demonstrated record of professional and clinical experience, teaching, and curriculum development
- Knowledge of and commitment to the mission of La Salle University.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with varied instructional delivery methods is preferred
Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours
- Evening and weekend work may be necessary during certain times.
