A Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a Pennsylvania pharmacist license (active or obtained immediately upon hire) are required. The ideal candidate will have completed an ASHP-accredited PGY-1 pharmacy residency and (preferred) completed or are in the process of completing an accredited PGY-2 ambulatory care residency or have comparable work experience. The ideal candidate should also consider obtaining a Pennsylvania license to administer injectables within one year of hire. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
