Essential Duties and Responsibilities The candidate will be expected to teach an undergraduate course in Personality and Individual Differences, in addition to other courses, according to need and/or interest (e.g., Psychology of Personality, Personality Laboratory, Contemporary Issues in Psychology). The successful candidate will be expected to establish a program of empirical research, including peer-reviewed publications, presentations, and external grant applications. They will also be expected to involve undergraduate and graduate students in their research programs and may affiliate with any of the Department's four graduate programs. Preference will be given to candidates with a commitment to undergraduate education and the ability to involve undergraduate and graduate students in their program of research. The successful candidate will teach three courses per semester, which might include a combination of undergraduate and graduate courses.
