Assistant Professor/Associate Professor (tenure-track or tenured)/Full Professor

Columbia University’s Department of Economics invites applications for a tenured or tenure-track professor to begin as early as July 1, 2026. We seek scholars in any area of economics (e.g., microeconomics, econometrics, macroeconomics). The responsibilities of the position include undergraduate and graduate teaching, research and publication, and institutional service.

The appointment can be at any tenure-track rank, Assistant Professor, tenure track or tenured Associate Professor or Full Professor. Review begins immediately and will continue until the position is filled.

Ph.D., outstanding publication record, proven excellence as a teacher.
