Position Summary
Research faculty level position with the potential for promotion in the laboratory of Adam W. Barb studying structural and cellular immunology. The successful candidate is expected to perform high level research in the immune system, help oversee/guide an active research team and actively participate in grant- and manuscript-writing. The anticipated start date is Fall 2026.
Minimum Qualifications
The candidate is expected to have a PhD in life science, chemistry or a related field.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
We seek a skilled biochemist or immunologist with expertise in state-of-the-art characterization of immune proteins from primary human tissues, strong quantitative analytical, biochemistry and protein purification skills, glycobiology, and general knowledge in a biological laboratory. The candidate is expected to have an excellent publication record in life science, chemistry or a related field.
