Essential Functions:

• Lead recruiting efforts for the track and field program, with emphasis on building a diverse, competitive, and academically strong roster.
• Design and implement training programs for vertical jumps, multi-events, and pole vault, with the flexibility to support additional event groups as needed.
• Identify and recruit high-potential student-athletes on a national and international scale.
• Serve as a liaison between academic support staff and student-athletes, ensuring strong academic performance and retention.
• Assist with team travel, operations, equipment management, and budgeting.
• Support the coordination of home meets, fundraising efforts, and alumni engagement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that emphasizes growth, accountability, and excellence.
