Responsibilities
- Responsibilities in research and teaching in Veterinary Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology.
- Instructional Responsibilities: Assist in teaching body system modules during the first and second spirals of the DVM curriculum, with an emphasis on Veterinary Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology. Oversee the development and administration of the department's postgraduate degree programs.
- Supplemental Teaching: Contribute to core and elective course instruction across the DVM and graduate programs. Participate in Integrated Team Instruction, focusing on small-group, collaborative learning methods. Engage in teaching Professionalism and Clinical Skills as part of the broader curriculum.
- Research and Scholarly Activities: Promote and support research initiatives among faculty and graduate students and through interdisciplinary collaboration with other schools. Provide mentorship to faculty and graduate students, especially junior faculty, fostering development in teaching, research, and postgraduate programs.
- Participate in the following University Activities: Faculty Senate, Departmental Meetings (when required), Departmental Faculty evaluations (when required), College/University committees
