Assistant/Associate Professor - Teaching

The Department of Health Policy and Management (HPM), at the Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking applicants for one full-time, fixed term faculty position in health policy and management. Rank: Assistant or Associate professor based on qualifications and experience. This will be a full-time 12-month teaching faculty appointment. We are seeking an enthusiastic participant in the HPM department community who can teach a range of health policy and management courses in undergraduate or graduate programs, including any of the following areas:

• US Healthcare System and Policy
• Healthcare Strategy
• Policy Practice (advocacy, design, and implementation)
• Management
• Organizational Behavior
• Quality Improvement
• Information Management
• Human Resources
• Masters Degree culminating experiences (MHA Capstone, MPH Integrative Learning Experience (ILE))

Individuals with professional experience or interest in behavioral health, rural health, long term care, workforce development, and health equity are particularly encouraged to apply.
