Victorian Institute of Technology (VIT) is seeking an accomplished academic leader to join our institution in a senior leadership role (Associate Dean / Academic Director level), driving excellence in Business education across multiple campuses and international cohorts.

Key Leadership Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership for Business programs (Bachelor & Master levels)
• Drive academic governance, quality assurance, and compliance frameworks
• Lead curriculum planning, delivery, and continuous improvement
• Mentor and develop faculty, fostering a strong academic culture
• Contribute to institutional strategy, partnerships, and growth initiatives
• Engage with stakeholders across campuses and internationally

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in academic leadership roles (Associate Dean / Program Director / Head of School)
• Strong background in higher education teaching, curriculum design & assessment
• PhD (preferred) or Masters with significant leadership experience
• Experience working within international academic frameworks & diverse student cohorts
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver strategic outcomes
