The Johns Hopkins School of Nursing is seeking an Associate Dean for Enrollment Management and Student Services who will serve as the chief enrollment management officer and also provides vision and oversight to Student Affairs, Admissions, Student Financial Aid, Records, Academic Advising, Career Services and Student Success. Reporting to the Dean, the Associate Dean provides strategic leadership in advancing the School of Nursing's (SON) recruitment, retention, and enrollment goals.

The Team
The Associate Dean oversees approximately ~$3.7M in annual budget. The Associate Dean currently has eight direct reports and oversees 28 total full-time team members.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree or higher in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Business, Public Administration, or other related field. Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in enrollment management and student services.
