Associate Director, Campus Recreation Operations
Job Description
The Associate Director of Operations reports directly to the Director of Campus Recreation and serves on the department’s senior leadership team for strategic vision-setting and supporting long-term continuous improvement. This includes the areas of building operations, reservations and events, marketing and outreach, and membership services.
Job Duties
Facility Area Operations (30%): Provide leadership, direction and support for the day-to-day operations of campus recreation facilities... Staff Development and Oversight (25%): Provide supervision and guidance to one assistant director... Department Leadership (20%): Provides leadership as a senior staff member... Administration and Budget Development (10%): Assist direct reports with the development of their individual area budgets...
