Training & Outreach Administration
- Oversee suicide prevention and outreach program including developing and offering comprehensive outreach and consultation services to faculty, staff, students, and families via in-person and multimedia presentations.
- Coordinate and deliver training in QPR (Question, Persuade, & Refer Suicide Prevention) and other prevention programs to the campus community.
Direct Student Support & Case Management
- Conduct behaviorally and clinically informed one-on-one assessments to identify and mitigate barriers to student success, including self-harm and threat assessment.
Administration & Supervision
- Supervise staff in documenting student concerns and action items accurately in the Maxient and Impact.
- This position will directly supervise 3-5 permanent staff members.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Hold current full clinical licensure in NC or able to obtain this licensure status within six months of hire
- Minimum of five years of post-licensure experience
