EOE POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate Director of Admissions directs and guides the overall campus admissions effort for DeSales University under the direction of the Director of Admissions. The Associate Director of Admissions fosters a caring and supportive environment, develops public relations contacts in person and by telephone, demonstrates a caring attitude toward students and other employees, and assists students in achieving their educational and career goals in accordance with the mission, core values, and purposes of the University. This position will also specialize in the recruitment of transfer students to the University. By attending college fairs, visiting local campuses and engaging with students during their search process, the Associate Director of Admissions for Transfer Recruitment will assist in maximizing the total enrollment of DeSales University.
