Definition of Classification:
The University of Redlands’ Counseling Center is seeking a licensed therapist or licensed psychologist to be the Associate Director. This position provides a range of administrative, clinical services, clinical supervision, and outreach services in support of the mission of the University of Redlands. This position leads the training program for our masters and doctoral level student therapists.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct Training Program, Administrative, Clinical Services, Supervision, Outreach Services, Other Areas of Responsibility.
Qualification Guidelines:
Required: Requires licensure in the state of California as a Clinical or Counseling Psychologist or licensed for 2+ years as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. All candidates must be able to demonstrate ability to work with students of color, 1st generation, low income, LGBTQIIA+, and international college students.
