Overview:
Quinnipiac University's invites applications for the position of
Associate Director of High School Partnerships and Pre-College
Recruitment . Reporting to the Dean of Admissions and Financial
Aid, this role supports the execution and coordination of a unified
strategy for engaging high school students, counselors, and partner
schools across multiple pre-college pathways.
The Associate Director plays a central role in managing the “front
end” of the pre-college pipeline—including summer programs and
dual/concurrent enrollment—ensuring a coordinated approach to
recruitment, inquiry management, and conversion. This position
serves as a key liaison across Admissions, Lifelong Learning,
Strategic Programs & Partnerships, and the academic schools and
colleges to align outreach, communications, and partnership
development.

Responsibilities:
Enrollment Management (Pre-College & Summer
Programs)
- Manage the front end of the pre-college summer program funnel,
including responding to inquiries, guiding prospective students and
families, and supporting students through the registration
process
- Help prospective students identify appropriate program options
based on interests and academic goals
- Develop and execute communication plans to support inquiry
conversion and enrollment in pre-college offerings
- Coordinate the hand-off of enrolled students to OneStop and/or
Lifelong Learning for onboarding and program preparation
Recruitment & Outreach
- Support recruitment efforts across pre-college pathways,
including summer programs and dual/concurrent enrollment
opportunities
- Represent Quinnipiac at high school visits, admissions events,
and virtual information sessions
- Build and maintain relationships with high school
administrators, college advisors, and other key partners
High School Partnerships & QU Academy Support
- Identify and support new and existing QU Academy (dual
enrollment) partnerships with high schools
- Conduct site visits and coordinate engagement opportunities
with partner high schools
- Partner with QU Academy faculty liaisons and academic program
leaders to support outreach, information sessions, and engagement
events for high school partners
- Assist in coordinating partnership conversations with school
leaders, academic deans, and university stakeholders
Cross-Campus Collaboration & Coordination
• Serve as a liaison between Admissions, Lifelong Learning,
Strategic Programs & Partnerships, and academic schools and
colleges
• Ensure that outreach to high schools is coordinated, aligned, and
reflective of institutional priorities
• Work closely with Lifelong Learning to support recruitment for
summer programs while aligning messaging and outreach with
Admissions strategy
• Collaborate with academic units on outreach and recruitment for
dual and concurrent enrollment opportunities (academic oversight
remains with faculty and schools/colleges)
Enrollment Operations & Technology
- Partner with Enrollment Technology and Strategic Programs &
Partnerships to support the development and implementation of CRM
processes and workflows
- Support the creation and maintenance of inquiry forms,
application processes, and communication workflows for pre-college
programs
- Help ensure alignment between recruitment, registration
systems, and operational hand-offs
NACEP Alignment & Program Support
- Support the university’s efforts to pursue and maintain NACEP
accreditation for concurrent enrollment programming
- Assist with documentation and communication related to
accreditation
- Collaborate with academic and administrative partners to ensure
alignment with state and accreditation expectations
Pipeline Development & Outcomes
- Support growth in pre-college participation and engagement
across summer and dual enrollment programs
- Help strengthen Quinnipiac’s high school pipeline by connecting
pre-college experiences to undergraduate admissions
opportunities
- Track and report on recruitment activity, participation trends,
and pipeline outcomes to inform strategy

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building
skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple processes and
stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience working collaboratively across departments
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Slate) or similar
technologies preferred
- Willingness to travel and work evenings and weekends as
needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pre-college programs, dual/concurrent
enrollment, or high school partnerships
- Experience managing inquiry pipelines or enrollment
funnels
- Familiarity with NACEP standards or concurrent enrollment
program requirements
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from
varied backgrounds
