Lead investigations for hazing and Title IX cases, and compile comprehensive reports.

Serve as an advisor to hearing boards.

Coordinate the OSC's recruitment initiatives of new board members, and oversee trainings for Level II board members.

Serve as the liaison to the Title IX and Title VI Committee.

Supervise the Case Examiner position in the OSC.

Manage office compliance with annual Clery counting.

Assist with the management of Maxient conduct software, and lead the assessment and analysis of cases within Maxient.

Represent the director in meetings and on committees as directed.

Occasional evening, night or weekend work may be required if a situation warrants this need.

This position serves on the crisis response duty team for the Division of Student Affairs.

Requirements:

• Master's degree (or higher) in student affairs, higher education or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in student conduct or related field
• Organizational, management, supervisory and leadership skills
• Oral and written communication skills
• Critical thinking skills including policy analysis and interpretation
• Ability to maintain and complete tasks in a timely manner

Preferred:

• Experience with Maxient software
• Previous attendance at national level student conduct trainings/programs.
