Job Description:

Amherst College invites applications for the Associate Director of Women's & Gender Center position. The Associate Director of Women's & Gender Center is a full-time, year-round position. The expected range for this position is $72,000-79,000 per year.

The salary offered will vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to relevant education, training, and experience, tenure status, and other nondiscriminatory business considerations. Amherst College invites applications for the position of Associate Director, Women's & Gender Resource Center (WGC) to advance the Center's mission to further conversations around gender equity, feminism, and the diverse experiences that shape womanhood across campus by providing opportunities for leadership development, intentional programming, and space for community building, which is welcoming to all. Through programmatic initiatives, resources, and services, the WGC aims to foster personal, social, and academic success for these student populations at Amherst College. It provides space for students to explore gender identities with an intersectional lens. The Women's & Gender Center is part of the Student Engagement and Equity unit within the Division of Student Affairs.
