Amherst College invites applications for the Associate Director of Women's & Gender Center position. The Associate Director of Women's & Gender Center is a full-time, year-round position. The expected range for this position is $72,000-79,000 per year.

The salary offered will vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to relevant education, training, and experience, tenure status, and other nondiscriminatory business considerations. Through programmatic initiatives, resources, and services, the WGC aims to foster personal, social, and academic success for these student populations at Amherst College. It provides space for students to explore gender identities with an intersectional lens.
