City University of Seattle's School of Business and Management seeks accomplished business professionals interested in teaching and mentoring adult learners. Our Associate Faculty come from industry, not just academia, and play a vital role in connecting theory to practice for students advancing or reinventing their careers. What You'll Do:
As Associate Faculty, you will facilitate engaging, applied learning experiences that help students grow professionally and academically. You'll draw on your industry background to guide discussion, encourage critical thinking, and support student success.

Requirements:
What You Bring:
- Master's degree in a business-related field (if you are applying to teach in the EMBA program, a doctoral degree is required)
- At least two years of professional experience in one or more of the disciplines listed above
- Prior teaching, training, or instructional experience in a business or professional setting
- Passion for learning, teaching, and staying current with industry trends
- Ability to explain analytical and technical concepts in clear, practical, and accessible ways
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in a diverse, global academic environment
- Experience with online or hybrid teaching and learning technologies
- Excellent communication skills?written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Professional presence and ability to represent the University with credibility
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning management systems

Salary Information:
Part-time Associate Faculty salary is based on the level of course (undergraduate, graduate, doctoral) and the number of course credits (1 - 5), ranging from $ 2,205 to $ 5,000 per course.
Location:
Online and onsite opportunities based in Seattle.
