What You Bring:

• Master's degree in a business-related field (if you are applying to teach in the EMBA program, a doctoral degree is required)
• At least two years of professional experience in one or more of the disciplines listed above
• Prior teaching, training, or instructional experience in a business or professional setting
• Passion for learning, teaching, and staying current with industry trends
• Ability to explain analytical and technical concepts in clear, practical, and accessible ways
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in a diverse, global academic environment
• Experience with online or hybrid teaching and learning technologies
• Excellent communication skills?written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Professional presence and ability to represent the University with credibility
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning management systems
