Associate Lecturer in Interprofessional Rural Education

You will lead, deliver and evaluate interprofessional rural health education to strengthen the nursing and allied health workforces. Based in Shepparton, you will co-design placements, graduate pathways and supervisor development programmes in collaboration with local health and community partners.
What you will deliver:
- Design and deliver interprofessional rural workforce development activities, including placements, service-learning models and graduate transition programs.
- Develop and deliver clinical supervisor education, mentoring and support that embed interprofessional practice and universal design for learning.
- Create rich learning experiences for students and graduates, using feedback to continuously enhance rural health curricula and activities.
- Lead evaluation of workforce initiatives, generating evidence that informs quality improvement, reporting and scholarly rural health outputs.
- Build collaborative partnerships and represent Going Rural Health across communities, services and events in the Goulburn Valley region.
