Are you someone who is looking for a meaningful opportunity to shape the next generation of physical therapists while providing leadership within an academic program? Manchester University invites applications for a full-time, 12‑month, non‑tenure‑track Associate Professor of Physical Therapy to join the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Program on the Fort Wayne campus. This role offers a significant opportunity for an experienced faculty member to contribute to program growth, curricular excellence, and student success through teaching, scholarship, service, and clinical engagement.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based instruction in assigned courses.
  • Contribute to course and curriculum design, assessment, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead or participate in scholarly activities, including research, presentations, and publications.
  • Serve on faculty committees and participate in professional and community service.
  • Maintain clinical competence through ongoing practice and licensure.

What You'll Need:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required; PhD, EdD, or DSc strongly preferred.
  • Minimum six years of experience as core faculty in a CAPTE-accredited DPT program.
  • Three years of post-licensure clinical experience in physical therapy.
  • Active or eligible Indiana Physical Therapy license.
  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service.
