Associate Professor or Professor in The Department of Management

Established and sustained record of high-quality scholarship published predominantly in top-tier Management journals;

A recent record of research productivity and a strong, active pipeline indicating the likelihood of continued publication in top-tier Management journals;

Research program that enhances and expands the intellectual environment of the Department and School;

Demonstrated excellence in teaching, including EMBA and MBA courses;

History of effective leadership and service at the department, college, and/or university levels;

Experience building positive, collaborative relationships within and across departments;

Commitment to professional and constructive interactions with colleagues.

The tenure-track faculty in the Management Department includes Bailey Bigelow, Bryan Bonner, Kristina Diekmann, Jesse Graham, Glen Kreiner, Kylie Rochford, Amelia Stillwell, David Tannenbaum, and Elizabeth Tenney. With a shared interest in the dynamics of organizational life, this group of scholars conducts research using a broad range of research methods on topics including, but not limited to, ethical decision making in organizations, individual and group decision making processes, intergroup conflict and inequality, negotiations, status and hierarchy, stigma, workplace relationships, mental health, moral judgment, organizational justice, workplace mistreatment, and identity processes. This work is published in various top-tier outlets. Our department values open science as appropriately applied to a wide variety of research methods (quantitative, qualitative, mixed-method).
