A.T. Still University (ATSU) is seeking a full-time non-exempt Residential Admissions Recruitment & Retention Coordinator on the Mesa, Arizona campus. This position will facilitate positive ATSU interview and guest experiences during visit days, special events, and applicant interview days.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Interview days (2-3x per week, Aug. - May).
Coordination, hosting, and communicating with guests and applicants. Wraps up with the applicants and guests at the end of the Interview Day.
ID verification of applicants.
Creates a welcoming environment ensuring a positive experience for applicants and visitors; works with ITS to display names of interviewees on the media boards.
Fitting applicants for white coat sizes.
Prepare all materials needed for efficient interview day visit experience. Assemble and distribute interview day folders and information about campus.
Mail/Email interview day materials to applicants who interviewed virtually.
Ensure refreshments are available and visitors are entertained during downtime on interview days.
Ensure interview day lunches and tours stay on schedule.
Notify interviewers and Admissions Host of any changes, delays, or other pertinent information.
Monitor and stock interview day supplies, refreshments, spouse packets, and additional materials as needed.
Screen applications following program screening rubric/guidelines.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

Two-year college certificate or equivalency.
Effective communication skills (oral and written).
Professionalism, public relations, strong social skills, comfortable making conversation with strangers, and cultural proficiency.
General office etiquette.
Ability to maintain confidential records.
Attention to detail.
Time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
