Barista

Position Summary

The Barista is responsible for exceptional customer service at Holy Grounds locations which includes defined level of product knowledge, presentation and quality of product, speed of service, sales ability, and good customer relations skills. Responsible for operating Holy Grounds as an independent unit and assuming all the responsibilities with that role since a manager is not present at all times.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Provides excellent customer service that is efficient, friendly and speedy to Holy Grounds customers.
• Actively shares coffee and tea knowledge while actively selling all products.
• Maintains the cleanliness and attractiveness of the Holy Ground kiosk.

NONESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Assist manager with scheduling of student associates.
• Completes the tasks assigned at each shift.
• Enforces and practices all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
