Behavior Analyst (Outreach)
Position Summary:
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Analyst (Outreach) for the Douglass Development Disabilities Center.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Supervises and monitors the services and programs related to the education of children and adults with autism and their families within an assigned caseload through the DDDC's Outreach unit.
- Ensures best practice applied behavior analysis procedures are maintained and applied in the education and treatment of children and adults in community settings.
- Reports to the Associate Director of Consultation and Communications.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Master's Level Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst and a minimum of 5 years of experience working with individuals with autism.

- Fluency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Employee must be physically active.
- Duties may involve running and playing active games with individuals from 2 – 21 years of age. Following training, must be physically capable of safely providing crisis management techniques including restraining, lifting, blocking individuals with challenging behavior.
