Business Services Coordinator
The Business Services Coordinator is responsible for all the Biology Department’s Financial Operations, including account management and reconciliation, purchasing, travel, and reporting. This position also serves as the Chrome River and P-Card Coordinator. The position interacts regularly with external vendors and with staff, faculty, and administrators across campus.
Minimum Qualifications:
BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR A RELATED DISCIPLINE; OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE. ALL DEGREES MUST BE RECEIVED FROM APPROPRIATELY ACCREDITED INSTITUTIONS.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior budget, accounting, and purchasing experience.
- Banner Experience.
- Experience working in a university setting.
- Excel Experience.
