Job SummaryThe Business Services Manager for Enrollment, Marketing and Student Success provides management, facilitation, and financial oversight of all departmental business operations, transactions, budget processes, financial reporting, and purchasing of assigned areas.
Responsibilities- Act as integral leader toward the success of the Division by driving operational excellence
- Adeptness in identifying problems and changing requirements relating to business processes
- Analyze financial documents and data to assess the accuracy and integrity of the data
- Facilitate the development of annual budget(s)
- Coordinate and oversee annual activities (ex: inventory and contract renewal process)
- Manage department(s) budget(s), including tracking expenditures and providing reports/analysis
- Oversee all department(s) purchasing processes in compliance with State and University policy
- Serve as liaison with various departments across the University
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience
- Three (3) or more years of related work experience
Preferred Educational Qualifications
- Master's Degree
Preferred Experience
- Five (5) or more years of related work experience
$55,126
This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.
