The Capital Campaign Program at St. Catherine University invites applications for a full-time Campaign Administrator position.
This role is essential for the operational execution of the next university-wide fundraising campaign. The Campaign Administrator will oversee campaign timelines, coordinate volunteer committees and events, and ensure seamless communication between IA leadership and university stakeholders. The Campaign Administrator will:
- Plan, develop, and organize campaign efforts
- Track progress against fundraising targets
- Track progress against key performance indicators
- Execute Campaign Events from the planning phase to event to post-event follow ups
- Coordinate with Institutional Advancement Staff to fully coordinate
- Report sharing progress of the Campaign shared with appropriate shareholders
- Complete documentation for campaign processes, events, and workflows accurately
- Support Campaign leadership to ensure all projects and events are being managed appropriately while following leadership direction
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (Management Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional-level experience in an Advancement, Fundraising, or Development environment.
- Technical Skills: Experience with data manipulation, CRM systems, and creating visual charts/graphs to inform business operations.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and strong relationship-building skills; highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Ellucian CRM Advance or similar system.
- Previous experience in a Campaign in a higher education environment or similar environment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot information integrity issues and learn new technologies quickly.

Compensation: Annual wage is $42,474 - $59,467 depending on qualifications and experience.
The salary range listed reflects a good-faith estimate of what we reasonably anticipate to pay for this position, based on market data and internal equity, at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, and other relevant factors. St. Catherine reserves the right to modify or adjust compensation depending on University needs.
