- High level planning and development advice;
- Strategic management of the University’s assets;
- The provision of a quality physical environment; and

The role of Campus Services is to provide the University community with customer focused support services including:
- Campus Support Services
- Cleaning and Waste management
- Commercial Services
- Fleet Services
- Security and Traffic services
About the Opportunity
We are excited to be offering this new and dynamic opportunity for a Campus Services Officer. The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in supporting Campus Environments in achieving its vision by:
- Providing high-quality customer service and operational support to students, staff, visitors and stakeholders.
- Supporting the coordination and delivery of campus events, activities and functions.
- Maintaining campus facilities, resources and systems to ensure a safe, welcoming and functional environment.
- Assisting with room bookings, event logistics, contractor engagement, furniture management and day-to-day campus operations.
- Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective service delivery.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting compliance with University policies, procedures and safety requirements.

About you
We are seeking a friendly, professional and customer-focused individual who demonstrates:
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for stakeholders.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with a diverse range of people.
- The ability to convey information clearly, accurately and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- The physical capability to safely undertake moderate manual handling tasks, including the movement and setup of furniture and equipment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple campuses and support a variety of operational activities as required.
- A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
