In this role, you will lead design and delivery of Asialink Business Academy and Leaders programs. You will shape Australia’s Asia capability, working with expert facilitators and diverse clients across sectors and government.
What you will deliver:
- Design, maintain and continuously improve Academy training course content to meet evolving industry learning and development needs.
- Project manage end-to-end delivery of Academy training programs, including planning, scheduling, reporting, risk management and evaluation.
- Coordinate preparation of training program documentation, proposals and learning materials, ensuring professional formatting and quality control.
- Engage and support facilitators, subject matter experts and clients to ensure interactive, outcomes-focused learning experiences.
- Contribute to quality processes, budget tracking and cross-team initiatives across Asialink Business and broader Asialink.
