The Capital Asset Accounting (CA) Manager reports to the Assistant University Controller and oversees the full lifecycle of approximately $2 billion in capital assets (over 17,000 assets) at NC State University. ...
- Direct year-end financial activities related to construction in progress (CIP) and capital assets.
- Lead asset-related reporting and data exchanges with university, UNC System, and statewide financial systems.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of five years of experience in asset management, construction-in-progress (CIP), and financial reporting, with at least two years of experience managing general ledger transactions within a fund accounting environment.
