About the Department The Maintenance Team within the University of Warwick Estates Department delivers planned, reactive and statutory maintenance across the University estate. The team ensures buildings and infrastructure are safe, compliant and fit for purpose, supporting the University's teaching, research and residential activities. The Fire Team is responsible for maintaining passive fire protection measures, including the inspection, repair and replacement of fire doors, fire stopping systems and associated fire safety compliance across the campus.
