About The Position
This is not large-scale framing work—our Home Services Carpenters focus on residential projects, smaller remodeling jobs, and handyman services. Some of our typical projects include:
- Cabinetry installation and repair
- Trim and decorative molding installation and repair
- Doors and windows
- Minor kitchen and bath upgrades
- Light plumbing and electrical
- Tiling and flooring
- Painting and touch-ups
What We Offer
- Pay: $32.00–$38.00/hour (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonus potential on individual jobs

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of carpentry or residential remodeling experience
- Your own basic set of carpentry tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Professionalism and ability to work directly with clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to ensure accurate documentation and client interaction
- Comfortable with technology, including basic use of Apple or Android communication tools
- Willingness to work in Southern NH and Northern MA
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team processes
- Comfortable working inside, outside, on ladders, and on roofs
- Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a thorough background check
