Center for Translational Engineering and Medicine (CTEM) Faculty Position

The University of Maryland, Center for Translational Engineering and Medicine (CTEM) is expanding the diversity of its faculty by recruiting several faculty members, preferably at the Assistant Professor rank but higher ranks considered. We are interested in PhD, MD, or MD/PhD candidates whose research complements the pillars of the center's strengths in three areas: 1) neurodevelopment and psychiatric disorders, 2) neurotrauma and brain injury, and 3) neurodegeneration and aging. Rank and tenure status will be dependent on the candidate's qualifications, which should include a strong record of scholarly activity and funding.
Qualifications:
New faculty will be actively mentored to achieve success in an exceptionally collaborative environment comprised of strongly productive research programs, state-of-the-art equipment, and outstanding core facilities. We offer highly competitive salary and recruitment packages.

Expected Salary Range: $170,000 to $275,000.
