Job Summary

Provides supervised health care services to patients... within the scope of practice for a Certified Medical Assistant.

Responsibilities

The duties include, but are not limited to:

PATIENT CARE: Provide patient care including rooming patients... work within best practices as established in the healthcare industry.

DOCUMENTATION: Documentation of patient care... patient notification of laboratory results after review by ordering provider.

SAFETY AND QUALITY PROCESSES: Participate in clinic safety... documenting within Microsoft Word and Excel inventory, clinic processes and education/training.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES: Duties as assigned by clinic leadership...

OTHER: Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High School diploma, GED or equivalent... Must possess a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS/BCLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working supervised in an outpatient healthcare clinic... Experience with immunizations in children and adults.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

KNOWLEDGE Awareness of infection prevention policies...

SKILLS Proficient technology skills... Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases.

ABILITIES Ability to maintain confidentiality... Detail oriented with ability to complete delegated tasks on time...

Certifications/License

Must possess a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS/BCLS certification.

Shift: Days; M-F

Pay Band: B3

Salary: $16.54/hourly-$17.70/hourly Salary to be commensurate with qualifications...
