Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on student data, government reporting, compliance, and operational opportunities.

Manage departmental budgets, resources, and planning to ensure high‑quality and efficient service delivery.

Oversee risk management, safety, and compliance requirements in line with legislative frameworks and VU policy.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation through technology, data insights, and lean process redesign.

Represent VU in internal and external forums, promoting excellence in student administrative practice.
